At CommunityOSH we invest in our Educators by providing paid training and professional development opportunities. Our Educators are the heart of our programs which is why we want them to the best they can be.
All our Educators are trained in how to apply My Time Our Place: The Framework for School Age Care in Australia to create dynamic and innovative programs for the children.
Where relevant to the position, we pay for our Educators to be trained in First Aid & CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Food Handling & Safety.
Our Educators are dedicated to the wellbeing of the children in our care and they create programs where the children are inspired, compassionate, confident and successful.
