How to Enrol & Book into a
CommunityOSH Program
Is your family new to CommunityOSH?
We are excited for you to join us but first, you will need to set up an account on Fullybooked, our safe and secure platform that is a Child Care Subsidy compatible software program to support our enrolments and bookings.
You will create your own unique login to enrol your child/children and can manage your bookings at any time that suits you using any smart phone, laptop or device. Don't forget to check the email confirmation we will send you to activate your account.
Bookings and cancellations can be made via your online account up to 5.30pm for the following day. Any 'On the Day' bookings or cancellations need to be made directly with the program via the provided mobile number. You can find specific details for your school/program under each state listing on our home page.

When setting up your account you will be required to enter the following information:

Centrelink CRN numbers for your family & child(ren) so that the Child Care Subsidy can be applied to your account and your fees are more affordable

Parent/guardians contact details

Children details, including medical history, diagnosis of allergy, asthma, anaphylaxis, dietary requirements or additional needs. Be prepared to upload any supporting documentation such as health plan signed by your doctor

Emergency contact details (Parent/Guardians and an emergency contact person)

Authorised persons for drop-off and pick up

Add your preferred payment details
Once your enrolment is complete, all you need to do is return to our website and click on the purple Parent Portal button and login into your account to add or change a booking via the calendar.

If you are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy you will also receive an Enrolment Notice to accept on your MYGOV account once your enrolment is complete.
